As an outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy going on being in the wilderness more than I do my own home.  Along with the normal camping gear such as a tent, stove, lantern, etc., I have added another element to my equipment, a screen room.  Although some may think just a tent will suffice, a screen room does provide another much needed aspect to a camp site.

Screen rooms provide a place to gather with fellow campers at the site while being completely protected from insects that can plague a trip outdoors.  Shopping for one was easy be simply doing a web search and deciphering which brand, size, and shape would be the most useful.  I decided to go with a larger one to help entertain large camp parties.  In addition, mine is waterproof making it a great place to hide out during rain storms.  My screen room has literally made the worst possible scenarios outdoors a pleasure.

It was my son’s vacation time and we all wanted to go on a short trip to some quiet place outside the hubbub of the city.  It was a very busy season and getting hotel accommodation was out of the question.  We enquired as many travel agents as possible but all that they could do was book our journey tickets somehow but none of them could promise a decent hotel accommodation.

We kept wondering for a while as to what should be done in the circumstances.  We wanted to undertake this trip at any cost as it was quite some time since we had gone on a vacation.  At last, we decided on the adventurous idea of taking family tents and using them in the new place.  Putting the tents was no problem as it was a hill station and there was lot of place to pitch the family tents.  It was a lovely experience.

Everyone should have a basic emergency supplies kit in their homes.  It should be stored in some out of the way place in water tight plastic containers and you should resist removing items from the emergency supplies for every day use.  IN addition to several days of nonperishable food and enough water for the whole family for a week, there are some less common items people may not think of.  You will need a manual can opener, battery operated radio and clock, extra toilet paper, diapers and baby wipes, duct tape, outdoor extension cord, insect repellent and sunscreen, garbage bags, disposable plates and silverware.

Once you have considered basic survival needs you should also consider other needs.  You should have a supply of books, games, and a deck of cards to occupy the time.  A modest supply of cash may be needed and if you have the capacity you store some extra gas for vehicles or generators.  Long term loss of electricity may include banks, ATM machines, and gas pumps.

There are a number of corporate offices and other industries who are looking for newer ways to keep their employees motivated.  They give additional perks, incentives, citations, appreciation letters, etc. to good workers.  Some companies also have gym facility so that the employees can take time off their hectic schedule and spend some time doing work outs to ensure good health.

There is one more aspect many companies can give a thought to.  They should send their employees on outdoor adventures and excursions and provide them with Camping Gear.  The employees can go in teams and spend some time in countryside or hilly locales and rejuvenate themselves.  They will not only be distressing themselves but also get to inhale fresh air which will do wonders to their health and morale.  Once they are back at office, they will be able to concentrate better and produce good work.  This is one way of ensuring that employees do not fall sick often and stay away from work, which has a detrimental effect on productivity and thereby on the profits of the company.

In spite of lack of facility and space to pursue a costly hobby like horse riding, still we can see many people who keep horses and pamper them in their stable without bothering about the expenditure incurred for it. These people feel proud of their horses and make no compromise with respect to its nourishment. They feel a unique pleasure and pride in riding on the back of these horses and use good quality accessories for their maintenance.

Each and every accessory used on the body of the horse and used by the rider are carrying their own significance with respect to safety of the rider and comfort of both the horse as well as rider. A substandard quality accessory may lead to accident to both horse and rider. An unfit saddle on the body of your horse will give a chance to accident at any time because it will keep the horse in uncomfortable position and force it to behave in a mad way. Accessories like helmet, boot and pants are meant for the safety of the rider where as accessories like saddle, harness, bridles and rugs are used for horses and to enjoy your horse riding to its full extent you must use proper accessories.

You may be loving your job and love the income you are getting from it.  Understandably, your income has provided you every kind of comfort you had been looking for in life.  You have a loving family and cozy home to get back to after a tiring day at office.

But, pause and think for a while.  Can you keep on doing the same kind of work day in and day out?  Have you ever bothered to ask your loved ones if they need change or break from their monotonous living styles?  Do you feel the need to spend a quiet holiday with your family members?  Would it not be an excellent opportunity to get close to them, emotionally and physically?  Next time during a vacation period, discuss with your family members and go on a vacation to a countryside which will offer every kind of thrill to all of you and you will not forget the experience for a long time.  Do not stay in a hotel but carry a Camping Gear and live amidst the sounds of birds and streams.

If you want to drive a vehicle you should join a driving school from where you will be taught basic things about driving both orally and practically. Your driving school coach will give you important tips about safe driving and allow you to drive the vehicle under his supervision. Similarly, if you want to climb a horse back successfully without fall you need to get coaching from a professional trainer who will be able to guide you about horse riding.

You must posses various techniques to cope with any type of situation during your ride on the back of your horse. First of all you should be mentally tough to climb and ride your horse. You cannot expect similar type of reactions from your horse in different conditions and you should be prepared to meet the challenges with tips and techniques taught by your trainer as well as from your own experience. You must use proper safety equipment including horse riding boot and helmet to protect your self from injuries and wear long legged horse riding pants while riding on your horse. Similarly you should fix a suitable saddle for your horse and an unfit saddle may result in rude behavior by your horse any time during the ride which may be detrimental for you.

Like any other animals, horse is to be tamed and trained before utilizing for human service. Animals like horse and elephants were part of military power since ancient times and both these animals were used in wars because of their adjustable nature with human beings. Apart from this, horses were used for carrying human beings from place to place in olden days before industrial revolutions as they were considered as fastest movers.

But, in present day world where technology has given us various options to move from place to place in a quickest time, we don’t need to take the help of any animals including horses for our movement. Even then our association with horses is still intact and they are being used for recreational activities like horse race, horse riding for joy etc. Since training is essential for both you and your horse, taking it to horse training clinic is a wise move to make it ready to accept your commands without ant reluctance. During the horse training session, along with the horse you will also be benefited in many ways. So find a nearby horse training clinic and take your horse for sessions to make it more cooperative in all aspects of riding.

If you are fun loving person and are ardently fond of nature, you should not waste money staying in brick and mortar contraption, when you on a holiday.  Since you have decided to leave brick and mortar house to enjoy a break, why should you check into one again when you can live in the midst of nature?

But, you must remember one thing.  You cannot camp in any kind of open surrounding.  The authorities in that are must allow you to do so.  Ensure to seek the permission of the necessary organization before setting your camp with your Camping Gear.  Also, the place has to be conducive to staying for a few days.  The weather should not be inclement and there should be no fear of wild animals and there should a natural spring or some source of water for your daily requirements.  Spring water, they say, is good for drinking too, as it contains many minerals vital for our health.  Take all these aspects into account before setting up your camp in an unfamiliar surroundings.

We hear stories of horrible accidents during horse riding every now and then and many of these accidents could have been averted if proper safety equipment were used by the victims. Since horse back riding always involves some degree of risk, it is a foolish move to ride a horse without following safety rules and wearing personal protective equipment even if you are an expert horse rider.

For any horse rider either a beginner or an expert, wearing proper clothing like horse riding pant and using basic safety equipment like horse riding boots and horse riding helmet is very much essential to minimize the effects of injuries in case of any accidents.
